What if we healed through our homes? What would it feel like to enter your space each day and find a new connection to it, similar to the comfort and connection you’ve built with yourself? Our most joyous memories and most vulnerable moments are housed within the walls of our space. Each room holds a history, a story, and a mirror to who we are while living there. This 5-Week group experience will challenge you to connect with your home in completely new ways. Together we’ll discover what you’ve been holding onto, what you’re ready to invite (in), and what’s ready to be healed inside your space.

I'm aware that feng shui and home offerings are not often offered if a group setting, or hosted virtually.
Group work will allow for richer conversations, connections, and reflections as we intimately explore our homes and spaces. It will be a space for collaborative creativity and accountability. It's as if you're welcoming the group, or hosting them, in your home as we work together week by week.

No. While you certainly can invest in your space over the 5 weeks, it will not be required of you.
Kate will be mindful of this, empowering the group to find beauty in what we already own, and helping to find creative new ways to optimize and reset the the space affordably.
This group work is more about the ENERGY of the space, and how you interact with it, not just your stuff.

Each week Kate will provided recorded practices (meditations, rituals, mini lessons) for you to work on independently.
These practices will be reviewed in the following group workshop, so it's recommended that you choose a day of the week to complete these assignments within you home before our weekly calls.
