THE RETREAT SPACE & FARM
Cocoon Portugal is a 275 acre coastal farm + retreat that brings you back in touch with a slower pace, and more intentional living. It's a space that has touches of grounded magic, where oversized hammocks welcome naps, and the animals on property greet you each day. Cocoon is kind of retreat space where each morning is a sacred ritual, as we move and breathe under the canopy of old growth pines. And each evening is a joyful celebration, with dishes made with farm-grown food and supportive dinner conversation with fellow guests.
THE LOCATION
Cocoon is situated on the breathtaking Atlantic coast of Portugal, near the charming fishing village of Zambujeira do Mar, in the Alentejo region, which is known for its long stretches of untouched coastline and charming villages. It is about 2 hours south of Lisbon.

AM RITUAL:
Somatic movement and yoga, a guided sunrise walk, or a quiet channeled writing and mediation practice.
BREAKFAST:
Expect local fruits, homemade bread, farm fresh eggs, chia puddings + muesli, fresh juices and tea/coffee
INTUITIVE WORKSHOP(S):
Intuitive workshops will be hosted 1-2x daily by Kate
LUNCH:
Lunch at Cocoon features a base of ancient grains, local grilled dishes, fresh salads and roasted veggies.
AFTERNOON BREAK & FREE TIME:
Free space to take a dip in the ocean, read a book in the hammocks, hike, etc.
DINNER:
Enjoy a spritz or mocktail on the terrace, followed by a nourishing dinner with the group

Make a non-refundable deposit to secure your room (and early registration pricing!) before December 1. Payment plans will be available for the remaining balance beginning January 2025. Space is limited, 18 retreat spots available.

Yes! It's important that this retreat feels accessible and flexible for various budgets and planning.
After securing initial deposits, there will be multiple payment plan options available for the remaining balance.

Flights, transportation from airport to retreat center, wine/alcohol, additional snacks, rental cars, etc.
There will be a shuttle organized for retreat guests available at an additional fee.

Guests will fly into Lisbon (LIS).

It's recommended that guests rent a car from the airport to the retreat center. It's a 2 hour drive.
Once guests are registered, Kate will organize communication between other attendees who wish to carpool together or coordinate arrivals.
